You can find lots of information about character creation in chapter one of our rulebook, located here:
www.mythicaljourneys.com
Answers to most questions you will have can either be found int he rulebook, or in the New Player section of the website (see the New Player drop down tab at the top of the page).
If there is something you need help with that can't be found in either of those pages, you can use the appropriate message board or open a Help request, depending on the topic.
